Let's use the chlorine test as an example. Others do a visual comparison with a set of color chips, just like you do at home. We used this method several years ago, so we know first-hand how subjective and inaccurate it can be. This can be critical when you think about it, to both maintain the proper levels, and shock when necessary (a .3 difference between free chlorine and total chlorine). That's why we offer sample drop-off and personal shopping, using your list or our form.  Drop it off, phone it in, fax it, or send it via e-mail -- we'll fill your order and have it ready for you to pick up. We also offer services such as sample retrieval and/or chemical delivery for an extra charge.

Selection - We're better stocked than most. Customers are often surprised to find that we have what they've been searching for, in stock. And if we don't have it, we can usually get it the next day.
